Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The package price is agreed before we start. If you want to add something along the way, we'll send you an extra quote that you're free to accept or not.
Do I pay before seeing anything?
No. First you get a free mock-up of your homepage. You only pay the 30% deposit if you like it, and the remaining 70% just before your site goes live.
Why is there a monthly subscription?
A website needs hosting, a domain name, backups and updates to stay online and secure. The subscription covers all of that, with a 12-month commitment. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free.
Do I own my website and domain name?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the website belongs to you, as stated in our terms of sale.
Will my site show up on Google?
Every site is built with Google in mind: clean structure, fast loading and mobile-friendly. The Pro package adds basic SEO and sets up your Google Business Profile.
Do you work with clients outside France?
Absolutely. Everything happens remotely — by video call, phone or email — in English or French.
