What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and deliver your project:
- Contact form: name, email, message.
- Booking form: chosen package, details about your business and preferred style, files you upload (logo, copy, photos), contact details (name, company, email, optional phone, country), availability, referral code.
- App quote form: project description, rough budget, timing, uploaded files, contact details.
- Client area: your email address (to send you the sign-in code), project progress, shared files, payment history and referrals.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Replying to your request and preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps at your request, and your consent.
- Building your website and running your plan: performance of the contract.
- Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation.
- Anonymous visitor statistics (if enabled): legitimate interest, with no cookies or personal data.
Who receives your data
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form submissions).
- Stripe (payments and subscriptions).
- Supabase (client database, file storage and client area sign-in), with data hosted in London (United Kingdom, recognised by the European Union as providing an adequate level of protection).
- Google (Gmail), to send client area sign-in codes and our email replies.
- Calendly (if you book a call).
- Anthropic (chat assistant), only when AI mode is on: your messages are sent to it to generate the reply and are not stored by this website. Please don't type personal details in the chat.
- Plausible Analytics (cookie-free statistics, if enabled).
Some of these providers are based outside the EU; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Requests and quotes that don't go ahead: 3 years after the last contact. Client data: for the length of the contract, then as long as required for accounting records (10 years for invoices in France).
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.
If you arrive through a referral link, the referral code is kept in your browser (local storage, 60 days max) so it can be added to the booking form. It isn't sent anywhere unless you submit the form.
If you sign in to the client area, a sign-in token is kept in your browser (local storage) so you stay signed in. It is strictly necessary for this service and removed when you sign out.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data. Email us at tremplin.contactpro@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
